PAR has handled all aspecs of site construction on small to very large projects which I have been involved with and I have always found them to be reliable, accommodating, and eager to perform. Our relationship with PAR over the past 4 years or so, has been very good. We really put our contractors through the ringer with changes to the scope of work during the project. Trey and his team have always arrived when scheduled and completed their work professionally within the time frame needed. PAR's scope of work has ranged from simple demolition to more complex demolition of old buildings in downtown Spartanburg to grading and adding parking lots, storm drainage, large amounts of backfill with approved compaction and street cuts and patching. We have not used another Grading Contractor since 2008. They are one of our few GO TO contractors. Steve Brown
